We offer NO REFUNDS. The only time a refund would be offered/expected is if we greatly misrepresent an item or make a discernable error in the listing - and that will not happen. We have many years of experience selling online and have shipped thousands of items worldwide - if you are worried about a particularly fragile item, you may want to offer to pay a bit more for additional shipping materials or purchase USPS insurance. We ship most items by USPS Priority and there is already insurance included on those items. If an item arrives in damaged condition, it is YOUR responsibility to resolve the situation with the USPS, not ours.
